• Monitor and analyze campaign performance

  daily

  to improve

  ROAS

  and reduce

  CAC

  .
• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on creatives, ad copies, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with the

  design & content teams

  to build high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
• Define

  KPIs

  and contribute to

  monthly growth strategies

  .
• Create

  weekly & monthly dashboards/reports

  with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on the latest

  performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices

  .
• Contribute to

  social media marketing strategy

  across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.

• 1–3 years

  of hands-on experience in

  digital/performance marketing

  for

  D2C or e-commerce brands

  .
• Proven expertise in

  Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  attribution models, conversion funnels, retargeting & audience segmentation

  .
• Experience with

  Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, Amazon Ads dashboard & Excel/Google Sheets

  .
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn

  data into insights & strategy

  .

• Bonus:

  Background/interest in

  Health, Wellness, or Nutraceutical products

  .
• Excellent verbal communication in

  English, Tamil

  (additional languages are a plus).
