Role Overview

E-commerce Executive – Listings

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces.
• Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, and content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to make products live.
• Monitor listing quality, troubleshoot errors, and ensure compliance.
• Use advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning) for analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

✅ 4–5 years of experience in e-commerce (listing & seller account management).

✅ Strong knowledge of portals like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc.

✅ Master’s degree (preferably Marketing, Business, or related).

✅ Proficiency in English & Hindi (spoken & written).

✅ Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.

Candidate Preferences

• Experience:

  5–9 years (Ecommerce – Listing, mandatory)

• Location:

  Open to candidates across India (must be willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab).
