About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in setting up CRM (Zoho or equivalent) and WhatsApp Marketing (Interakt). 2. Segment the client database and upload customer lists. 3. Create welcome flows, reorder nudges, and retention journeys. 4. Set up basic email automation using Mailchimp/Zoho. 5. Execute WhatsApp and email campaigns regularly. 6. Maintain updated client records and follow-up tasks. 7. Track dormant clients and coordinate re-engagement efforts. 8. Share weekly reports and performance metrics.
