Ecommerce Specialist

As an E-commerce Executive (Listing) at our company, your role involves managing product listings across various online marketplaces. Your expertise in seller portals, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience in product cataloging and account management will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Upload and manage product listings on multiple online marketplaces. - Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, and content. - Coordinate with internal teams to publish products live. - Monitor listing quality, troubleshoot errors, and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines. - Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning for analysis and reporting purposes. - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimize performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce, specifically in listing and seller account management. - Strong knowledge of online portals like Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata Cliq, etc. - A Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi. - Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. In addition to the above requirements, candidates with at least 5-9 years of experience in E-commerce listing are preferred for this role.
