E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Catalog & Listing Management

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Target+, Walmart, and eBay.
• Ensure accuracy in titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords.
• Resolve listing issues such as suppressions or stranded inventory.

Store & Performance Optimization

• Improve product visibility, conversions, and organic rankings through keyword and content updates.
• Track key metrics like traffic, sales, conversion rates, and ad ROI.
• Share regular performance insights with the leadership team.

Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure availability and avoid overstock.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment and a seamless customer experience.

Advertising & Promotions

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
• Strategize and manage seasonal offers, deals, and promotional events.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Track competitor activity, pricing, and reviews to refine our strategies.
• Stay updated on platform trends, policy changes, and industry best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align marketplace initiatives with business goals.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience managing D2C marketplaces (Amazon a must; Target+, Walmart, eBay a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central, and Ads Manager.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
