Ecommerce Marketing Manager

The E-Commerce Specialist position at Pure Nutrition in Mumbai, India is seeking candidates with a background in FMCG Nutraceuticals/Wellness. As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing online sales channels and driving growth through the effective use of digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in the consumer goods or nutrition category. Key Responsibilities: - Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales. - Develop and manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram for optimal performance. - Oversee the CRM system to enhance customer relationships and retention. - Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through Customer Lifecycle Management. - Implement Growth Marketing strategies to expand the customer base and drive sales growth. Key Skills Required: - Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Proficiency in CRM systems and customer lifecycle management. - Strong background in Growth Marketing. - Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 3-4 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods or nutrition category.
