We’re hiring: Ecommerce Manager

📍 Kochi, Kerala (Full-time, in-person)

Based in Louisville, XENA Intelligence provides AI-driven e-commerce solutions for brands across major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, Noon, etc. Our mission is to redefine e-commerce optimization through cutting-edge data intelligence, proprietary algorithms, and predictive analytics.

Now, we’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take charge of client accounts, lead client calls, and make sure their campaigns actually perform.

How you'll contribute:

• Own and grow client accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Flipkart, etc.
• Run point on client meetings and build custom growth strategies.
• Manage ad campaigns, keywords, budgets - and optimize relentlessly.
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into action.
• Guide junior team members and help them level up.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience managing marketplace accounts and leading client calls.
• Know your way around performance marketing tools, ad campaigns, and optimizations.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and move fast.
• Have some leadership or team mentoring experience - big bonus if you’ve done it before
