The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the e-commerce operations, including managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, and implementing marketing strategies. Key day-to-day tasks include planning and executing online campaigns, optimizing product listings, enhancing user experience, and collaborating with various teams to drive sales performance. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and reporting Excellent Communication skills Experience in Sales and E-Commerce operations Proficiency in Marketing strategies and tools Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the organic or natural products industry is a plus
