Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations on

  Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central)

  across

  US, UAE, and European markets

  .
• Drive growth and profitability through strategic planning, product listings, pricing, promotions, and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility, optimize logistics, and ensure seamless consumer experience.
• Track and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and deliver measurable ROI.
• Expand brand presence into new international marketplaces and channels.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  5–8 years in e-commerce, with a

  minimum of 3 years hands-on experience on Amazon

  (Seller or Vendor Central).

• Market Exposure:

  Must have managed

  international marketplaces

  (US, UAE, and Europe).

• Performance:

  Proven track record of

  scaling brands by 3x or more

  on Amazon.

• Industry Background:

  Prior experience in

  Beauty, Personal Care, or FMCG

  categories preferred.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and operational acumen with an ownership mindset.

Not Preferred

• Candidates with

  only agency-side experience

  without brand ownership.
• Experience limited to

  domestic Indian marketplaces

  specific growth or ROI outcomes
