Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Logistics & Fulfillment Executive (Shiprocket & Shopify Specialist) located in Kolkata. 1. Manage and monitor daily orders through Shiprocket linked to Shopify.2. Ensure shipping labels, courier allocation, pickups, and tracking updates are executed without delays3. Coordinate with courier partners for faster dispatches & escalations4. Track RTO orders, delivery failures, cancellations, & reversals and reduce logistics losses5. Maintain high delivery success rate & low return rate6. Update customers with tracking status if required7. Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure reattempts.8. Maintain reports on daily shipments, delays, and resolutions

Required Skills:

1. Must have hands-on experience with Shiprocket panel2. Knowledge of Shopify order panel & integrations3. Strong understanding of courier selection, serviceability, weight reconciliation4. Ability to follow up with courier partners & resolve logistics issues5. Good communication & basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years in E-commerce Order Fulfillment / Logistics Management
