Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Experience Executive located on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include - 1. Handling customer inquiries 2. Resolving issues 3. Providing support through effective communication and problem-solving. 4. Handling Day to Day D2C related operations with the help of Warehouse managers. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and improving customer experiences Experience in Customer Support and handling customer inquiries Excellent Communication skills for dealing with customers effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
