We are seeking a proactive Customer Experience Executive with D2C experience to be the voice of our brand and deliver a seamless journey for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries across calls, chats, and emails with empathy and professionalism. Resolve issues quickly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage and update records using Excel and CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and close customer concerns. Share customer insights to improve overall experience. Requirements: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada (spoken & written). Prior experience in customer support for D2C companies. Strong working knowledge of Excel and CRM software.
