Etsy Product Listing & Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Product Listing

• Upload new gemstone products with complete details (carat, cut, clarity, origin, certificate, pricing).
• Select the correct categories, attributes, and tags for maximum visibility.
• Ensure luxury-oriented descriptions and accurate data entry.

• Image & Content Management:

• Coordinate with the photography team to upload high-quality product images.
• Maintain sequence and clarity in product presentation.

• Customer Query Handling:

• Respond to Etsy customer messages promptly in 

  professional English

  .
• Handle pre-sales queries about gemstones, shipping, and authenticity.
• Maintain polite, clear, and luxury-aligned communication.

• Operational Support:

• Track stock availability to avoid overselling rare gemstones.
• Monitor competitor listings for insights and improvements.
• Maintain error-free records of uploaded products.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in 

  E-commerce / Marketplace product listing

   (freshers with strong learning ability can also apply).
• Strong 

  attention to detail

   – accuracy is critical in luxury product listings.
• Excellent 

  written and verbal communication skills

   in English (Hindi knowledge preferred).
• Basic knowledge of 

  keywords for Etsy

   will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle 

  customer queries professionally

   and maintain a polite tone.
• Self-motivated, organized, and trustworthy.

Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience with 

  luxury products/jewelry/gemstones

  .
• Understanding of premium customer service etiquette.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
