Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include managing the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer service, analyzing sales and website performance, and crafting strategies to enhance online sales. The E-commerce Specialist will also oversee online inventory, develop promotional campaigns, and liaise with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
