Role Description

product listings, pricing, content, and images

accurate inventory control

Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies

Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and competitor insights

daily e-commerce operations

enhance product discoverability and conversion rates

Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and finance departments

strategic relationships with marketplace account managers

regular MIS and performance reports

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and ecommerce performance analysis
• Account Management and Sales skills for maintaining platform operations and achieving sales targets
• Team Management and Sales Management capabilities to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, marketing strategies, and related tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in the FMCG or Ayurvedic sector is a plus
