Ecommerce and Operations Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking an E-commerce & Operations Executive to oversee the end-to-end management of Nishorama’s e-commerce channels and backend operations. This role ensures seamless order processing, marketplace hygiene, and operational efficiency while driving consistent growth across platforms and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions across marketplaces and the website.

• Coordinate daily order flow, dispatches, and return management with the warehouse.

• Manage vendor coordination and PO creation

• Track sales performance and share weekly reports with management.

• Maintain stock reconciliation and plan restocks based on sales trends.

• Ensure discount and deal uploads are aligned across all platforms.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation or process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.

• Proficient in Excel, Unicommerce, Shopify and Google Workspace.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Performance Expectations:

• Smooth daily operations with zero backlog.

• Accurate reporting and real-time stock visibility.

• Efficient collaboration between warehouse, finance, and marketing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,731.89 - ₹33,637.95 per month
