Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented E.com Operations Associate with prior experience in e-commerce dispatch operations, specifically using Unicommerce and handling Amazon FBA shipments. The role involves managing end-to-end dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment across online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders through Unicommerce for various e-commerce platforms.
• Handle Amazon FBA dispatches, including shipment creation, labeling, packing, and coordination with Amazon warehouses.
• Prepare dispatch documentation such as invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, dispatch schedules, and tracking.
• Ensure accurate packing as per platform guidelines to avoid RTOs and penalties.
• Update dispatch status and shipment details in the system.
• Monitor order fulfillment timelines and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Maintain records of dispatched orders and inventory movement.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer support teams for smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce dispatch operations is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce.
• Must have worked on Amazon FBA processes.
• Knowledge of packing standards, labeling, and courier coordination.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle high-volume dispatches.
• Effective interpersonal & leadership skills
