Job Description

As a Senior ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) Developer/Architect at Celcom Solutions, you will utilize your strong expertise in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Development to contribute to the team's success. With over 10 years of experience, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, and customization of ECE, as well as Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) processes. Your immediate to 30-day notice period is preferred, allowing you to quickly transition into this impactful role. Key Responsibilities: - Strong hands-on experience in Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) design, configuration, and customization. - Expertise in Oracle BRM with a deep understanding of rating, charging, and billing processes. - Proficiency in product catalog, pricing models, policy, and discount configuration within ECE/BRM. - Demonstrated skills in debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution across ECE and BRM stack. - Experience in integrating with CRM, OSM, and other BSS/OSS systems. - Ability to collaborate within Agile teams, lead technical discussions, and provide solutions for complex charging/billing requirements. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of Cloud deployment (OCI/AWS), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Telecom domain experience with large-scale billing and charging transformations.
