EB Head CSG | Employee Benefits | General Insurance

Employee Benefits (EB) Leader

Location: Bangalore

Your Future Employer:

Responsibilities:

Driving EB business growth across the CSG vertical
Collaborating with CSG leadership team to define business strategy
Visiting top 100 corporate customers and presenting solutions
Retaining renewals and deepening corporate relationships
Supporting continuous service improvement initiatives
Contributing to product enhancement and customer experience
Ensuring seamless delivery across EB product lines

Requirements:

1015+ years of experience in
Employee Benefits (EB)
within general insurance or insurance broking
Strong knowledge of
GMC, GPA, GTL, WC
and related EB offerings
Proven experience managing top corporate accounts and renewals
Strong relationship-building skills with CXO-level stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Leadership mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills
