Join us as an Early Talent Academic Partnerships Lead, Director You ll create, own and implement the Early Talent Academic Partnership strategy, building our relationships with key academic institutions so that we re an employer they want to build long term partnerships with You ll leverage your external market knowledge and network of Academic Institutions to design an engagement strategy with our chosen academic partners You ll establish, coordinate and drive relationships, working with senior business leaders, and youll have a real opportunity to shape strategy and to deliver lasting results in this role What youll do Academic Partnerships are critical to the success of our Early Talent strategy. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that we re partnering with the right academic institutions globally and that we are delivering on those agreed partnerships. Day to day you ll: Provide best in class market intelligence on Early Talent Partnership opportunities globally Build a strong internal and external profile through the development of Early Talent partnership relationships Influence senior leaders to develop partnership strategies for their business and partner with them and their teams to deliver these successfully Lead a team and provide expert guidance on Early Talent Partnerships across the broader Early Talent team We are offering the role at Director level The skills youll need To succeed in this role, you ll need strong stakeholder management and relationship skills coupled with experience of creating and executing a global engagement strategy. We ll also look to you to bring: A strong understanding of the external Early Talent or Academic Institutions market Project management and organisational skills The ability to use data and insight to evaluate the success and value of partnerships Experience of collaborating with and influencing a broad range of stakeholders to deliver on strategy Experience of managing a team
