EA to MD

You will be working as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) at Navrasa Fine Jewels Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative support to the MD, ensuring smooth operations, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and supporting strategic initiatives. It is essential for you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks professionally in a fast-paced jewellery manufacturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include managing the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, maintaining office supplies, coordinating with various departments, handling confidential information, managing special projects, overseeing events and travel arrangements, assisting with financial administration, and more. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role, preferably in manufacturing, fashion, or jewellery industry. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking capabilities, discretion, and confidentiality are essential. Knowledge of the jewellery industry or manufacturing processes is an advantage. As an individual, you should be proactive, positive, flexible, adaptable, independent, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
