Personal Assistant
to support the Director, a young and visionary entrepreneur. This role is central to the smooth functioning of both professional and personal responsibilities, enabling the Director to focus on high-impact work. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, manages multiple priorities effortlessly, and communicates with polish and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise complex calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for both professional and personal commitments
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation
- Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, clear, and professional communication
- Handle day-to-day household and office administration, including vendor and service staff coordination (drivers, housekeeping, etc.)
- Run personal errands, manage gifting and special occasions, and oversee event coordination
- Schedule internal and external meetings and follow through on reminders and priorities
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters
- Anticipate needs and take initiative in managing tasks without constant supervision
- Use digital tools (Google Calendar, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, etc.) to organise and streamline workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Emotionally intelligent, well-groomed, and professional in demeanour
- Comfortable managing both personal and professional responsibilities in parallel
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, spreadsheets)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory if offset by relevant experience.
