Job Title : Senior Network Engineer Location : Guindy, Chennai Experience Required : Minimum 6+ years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure and a proven track record of leading teams. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our network systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operations. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers; assign tasks, review performance, and ensure project deadlines are met. Configure and manage security appliances such as firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA). Implement and maintain routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP). Ensure the security and integrity of network infrastructure through regular audits and compliance checks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and implement IT projects. Maintain documentation related to network infrastructure, policies, and procedures. Handle escalated network issues and serve as a point of contact for critical outages. Why Join Us?
