E-learning/Storyline Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-learning/Storyline Developer with 1-2 years of expertise in designing and developing engaging eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Articulate Storyline, a passion for instructional design, and the ability to translate complex content into interactive and user-friendly digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Development:

• Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.
• Create custom interactions, quizzes, simulations, and gamified content to enhance learner engagement.

2. Content Translation:

• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to understand content and learning objectives.
• Convert raw content into visually appealing and effective digital learning experiences.

3. Multimedia Integration:

• Incorporate multimedia elements like videos, animations, graphics, and audio to create immersive learning experiences.
• Ensure compatibility across various devices and platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).

4. Quality Assurance:

• Test eLearning modules for functionality, usability, and responsiveness.
• Debug and resolve technical issues within Storyline projects.

5. Standards and Compliance:

• Ensure eLearning solutions adhere to industry standards such as SCORM, AICC, or xAPI.
• Apply accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) where required.

6. Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay updated with eLearning trends, tools, and technologies.
• Suggest creative ideas and improvements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of eLearning solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education:

• Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience will also be considered.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 (essential).
• Familiarity with other eLearning tools like Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere Pro).

3. Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in eLearning development and Storyline projects.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality eLearning modules.

4. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

5. Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration with eLearning courses.
