It is essential to maintain consistency with brand voice and style guidelines in all documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment. You must demonstrate the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences, create troubleshooting and support documentation, and possess strong interviewing, research, and collaboration skills. Excellent written English and editing abilities are also required.
