Roles and Responsibilities:

Must have experience in E-Learning , custom Learning, corporate learning project Management.
Ensure high client satisfaction levels (measured by surveys and repeat business)
Work with Sales and Presales teams to improve the quality of solutions (proposed to assigned clients) to move up the value chain.
Ensure quality, responsiveness, proactiveness, problem solving/challenge resolution and identify any required actions.
Manage and develop Project Management Team
Maximize efficiency and productivity across all accounts
Streamline and implement new processes/alternate approaches that create speed and efficiency and support business demands.
Ensure overall profitability for projects.
Develop and present MIS and reports to monitor project status and process compliance.
Monitor outsourced work for quality.
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
