We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Project Manager with strong Oracle Fusion Technical experience and prior exposure to Oracle EBS or Functional-Technical project delivery.
The ideal candidate must be capable of managing end-to-end Oracle ERP programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
Fusion Technical experience is mandatory
EBS or Functional-Technical project exposure is required

Primary Skills (Must Have)

Oracle Fusion Cloud – Technical understanding (Mandatory)
Oracle EBS Technical / Functional-Technical Project Experience
Project Planning, Scheduling & Delivery Management
Fusion–PaaS / SaaS coordination & integrations (OIC awareness preferred)
Stakeholder & Client Management
Risk, Issue & Change Management
Budgeting, Resource Planning & Cost Control
Agile / Waterfall Project Methodologies
Strong communication & leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion & EBS project execution end-to-end
Manage technical, functional, and offshore/onshore teams
Act as the primary interface between business, IT, and vendors
Track milestones, manage risks, and handle escalations
Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets
Drive governance, reporting, and project status reviews
