We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to manage and grow the E-Commerce Operations. As the Warehouse Head, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfilment, inventory management, and optimising the overall workflow. The ideal candidate has a strong background in E-commerce logistics and is capable of leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Efficient Management of all orders to ensure that they are delivered to customers on time
• Deep understanding of E-commerce run via company’s website and marketplaces Like Amazon, Etsy etc.
• Co-ordinating with delivery partners to ensure that orders are dispatched with TAT
• Dispatch of Goods from offshore warehouses
• Managing Returns and Quality Checks of Return Orders
• Managing delivery escalations
• Managing Inventory of all ready to sell goods
• Coordinating with Sales and Production Team, ensuring that goods are always available in the warehouse
• Tracking all B2B and B2C orders everyday
• Ensuring compliance and regulations for export shipments
• Provide effective leadership to the warehouse team, including training, coaching, and performance management, to curate a motivated and high-performing workforce.
• Preparing weekly reports for understanding gaps in logistics

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling backend operations of a similar nature. Experience of E-Commerce is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Exports is an added advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Domestic Logistics
• Preferably worked in a Team Handling Role in the past
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

The Role is Based out of Gurgaon.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
