Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and other online platforms. This role requires expertise in SEO, keyword optimization, and campaign management to enhance visibility, drive sales, and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
Follow up with website visitors to assist with the checkout process and improve conversion rates.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and visibility.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and website metrics to optimize listings.
Manage product launches, campaigns, promotions, deals, discounts, and A+ content writing.
Resolve issues related to product listings, account health, and policy compliance.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain consistent branding.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, specifically on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify.
Strong knowledge keyword optimization, and e-commerce tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
