🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Operations & Website Executive to manage our online storefront (Dusala). This role ensures the website runs flawlessly, delivers a smooth customer experience, and supports e-commerce growth across platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  •  Daily website checks: size chart, coupon codes, discounts, WhatsApp integration, product prices.

  •  Upload and manage new products (images, descriptions, keywords, categories).

  •  Implement SEO basics: meta tags, titles, alt text, keywords.

  •  Support campaign updates: banners, festival offers, collections.

  •  Track and report on website analytics (traffic, bestsellers, drop-offs).

  •  Assist with marketplace operations (Amazon, Blinkit, Etsy, etc. — listings, updates, inventory sync).

  •  Provide weekly reports on site health, customer queries, and improvements.

🔹 Desired Skills & Experience

  •  1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce website management (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).

  •  Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

  •  Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset.

  •  Familiarity with Google Analytics / reporting tools is a plus.

  •  Ability to multitask across website, marketplaces, and customer experience.

🔹 Salary Range

  •  Raipur: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience).

  •  Delhi: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience).
