E-commerce Operations Manager in Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across platforms like Amazon Flipkart, Meesho etc
• Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions and order flow
• Coordinate with account managers for campaigns deals and issue resolution
• Analyze platform performance and drive improvements in rankings and visibility
• Maintain optimal stock levels across platforms and warehouses
• Monitor inward and outward stock movements to avoid overstocking or stockouts
• Coordinate with suppliers or production teams for replenishment
• Track slow-moving or aging inventory and plan clearance strategies
• Oversee order processing packaging and timely dispatch
• Coordinate with courier partners and ensure SLA adherence
• Handle return exchange and damaged product workflows
• Implement process improvements for faster turnaround time
• Maintain dashboards for inventory sales and operations KPIs
• Generate daily and weekly reports for management review
• Flag operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions
  

Requirements

• Possess 1–1.5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role
• Demonstrate strong understanding of marketplaces like Amazon Flipkart etc.
• Have hands-on experience with inventory or order management tools or software
• Apply basic Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting
• Exhibit good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Possess experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Be familiar with product cataloging and listing tools
• Have prior experience in D2C (direct-to-consumer) brand operations
