Role Overview : -

Key Responsibilities : -

• E-Commerce Operations Management:

  Oversee day-to-day operations across all marketplaces and D2C platforms to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experience.

• Inventory & Demand Planning:

  Analyze data to optimize inventory levels, reduce stock-outs, and improve supply chain efficiency.

• Key Account & Partner Management:

  Lead discussions with key marketplaces, 3PL partners, and distribution networks to drive growth and operational alignment.

• Data-Driven Insights:

  Build and monitor dashboards on sales, demand forecasts, and operational KPIs; translate insights into action plans.

• Distribution Management:

  Drive end-to-end demand and distribution strategies to enhance reach and reduce TAT.

• Process Excellence:

  Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and drive SOP adherence across e-commerce operations.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.

Key Requirements : -

• Tier 1 / Tier 2 college graduate (MBA preferred) with 5–8 years of experience in

  E-Commerce Operations / Supply Chain / Key Account Management

  in a high-growth FMCG, D2C, or Ecommerce.
• Proven track record of

  data-driven decision making

  , inventory optimization, and operational process improvement.
• Strong understanding of

  marketplace dynamics

  , demand forecasting, and distribution management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross-functional teams.
