Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and run day-to-day e-commerce operations and ensure timely dispatch of all marketplace shipments.
Ensure there are no service level breaches while operating e-commerce operations of platforms like shopmgd Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq, Ajio
Liaise with logistics providers for shipments, timely delivery and smooth logistics operations.
Ensure timely pick up arrangements and followup on the same with Customers and sales team.
Conduct regular QC on all products and packages before shipping and Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times.
Monitor day to day stock movements and ensures that all items in webstore are properly stocked.
Drive efficient procurement of packaging material used for packaging and shipping like shopmgd bags, flex rolls, tata cliq packing materials, teen boxes, blister cards, malabar outer boxes etc as per the requirement from different market places.
Ensure timely Packaging of orders as per company standards and requirement of courier partner.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the shipments.
Work with accounting teams to resolve issues related to courier invoices and charge back issues accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with supply chain operations to ensure availability and in-stock status of all items during the key selling season to reduce charge backs, out-of-stocks.
