E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive

Department: Operations
Location: Vasant Vihar
Reporting To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage online order processing, customer interactions, and backend coordination with our production and delivery teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities Customer Handling (Online Platforms)

  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints from various online platforms (e.g., Amazon, TataCliq, Website)
  • Provide timely updates on order status, delivery tracking, and resolutions
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Process incoming orders across platforms and coordinate internally for packaging and dispatch
  • Ensure accuracy in order details including products, quantities, and addresses
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries

Delivery Tracking & Issue Resolution

  • Monitor all dispatched orders and proactively track delivery status
  • Handle return requests, complaints, and delivery exceptions
  • Maintain records of delayed, canceled, or disputed deliveries and ensure timely follow-up

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Share daily order reports and delivery schedules with the production/packaging team
  • Update internal teams about urgent or priority orders
  • Assist in stock level monitoring and reorder planning in coordination with inventory teams

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B.Com or related fields)
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Basic knowledge of order management systems and Excel
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon etc. is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
