The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software, strong knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and a keen eye for detail. Job Summary We are hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage online order processing, customer interactions, and backend coordination with our production and delivery teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery.
