This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Executive located in Bengaluru. The E-commerce manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the online stores, e-commerce marketplaces, managing sales and marketing strategies and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Analytical and Communication Skills.
Experience in managing Online Retail Platforms, work on pricing and accounts management for all marketplaces.Experience in daily ecommerce operations and invoicing.Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques.Ability to communicate with different teams, mainly production, logistics and Accounts departments.Experience in Quick commerce management.
Conduct comprehensive testing of product data and pricing on the platforms to ensure competitive positioning.
Accounts Reconciliation for all marketplaces and streamlining the payments structure for all marketplaces.
