Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and company platforms. The role involves order management, inventory coordination, product listing, reporting, and ensuring seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:

- Process and monitor online orders across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.- Track returns, replacements, and cancellations.

• Inventory & Product Management:

- Coordinate on boarding of new products across the online platforms
- Update and maintain accurate stock levels across platforms.- Ensure product listings are updated with correct content, images, prices, and offers.- Monitor product visibility, reviews, and ratings on marketplaces.

• Operations & Coordination:

- Liaise with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain smooth order flow.
- Coordinate with finance for payment reconciliation and settlement tracking.- Handle vendor/marketplace communications regarding account health and compliance.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track daily sales, returns, and operational KPIs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

• Customer Support Assistance:

- Work with the customer support team to resolve escalations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by minimizing operational errors.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations/marketplace handling.
• Strong knowledge of online platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
