Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an E-commerce & Operations professional. The individual will be responsible for managing e-commerce and offline [dermats, stores] operations, inventory management, warehousing, shopify orders, and working on other e commerce channels such as Amazon, Nykaa, etc. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, handing inventory and planning, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and providing data-driven insights to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize promotions and inventory levels as needed.
• Manage Shopify orders, from receiving the order to fulfilment
• Manage Shiprocket, reduce RTO’s
• Manage e-commerce platform orders + offline (dermat, stores) orders from PO’s to fulfilment.
• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, and inventory planning with Unicommerce
• Strong communication skills to liaise between customers, and internal teams.
• Experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including logistics, order fulfillment, and payment gateways.
• Manage end-to-end operations with offline retailers such as dermatologists, stores and chemists
• Familiarity and on-boarding with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra Nykaa, Tira etc
• Optimise email and WhatsApp marketing [flows, automation, retention]
• A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Worked in a beauty/wellness D2C company
