E-commerce Operations Associate (Amazon & Flipkart)

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Associate to manage daily operations across Amazon & Flipkart, focusing on inventory planning, reporting, logistics coordination, and marketplace execution. This is a high-learning, ownership-driven role ideal for someone who wants to grow into Marketplace Ops / Supply Chain / Category roles.
🧠 Requirements:1. Inventory & Planning- Monitor FBA / Seller Flex / Flipkart inventory levels.- Create weekly & monthly replenishment plans.- Track in-transit, inbound, and stranded inventory.- Prevent OOS, overstock & aging inventory.2. Marketplace Operations- Manage Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.- Track inbound shipments, GRN & FC receiving.- Support listing issues, suppression & backend ops.- Coordinate price & availability updates.3. Reporting & MIS- Prepare daily / weekly reports: Sales, Inventory health, Sell-through, Fill rate.- Work extensively on Excel / Google Sheets.- Share insights for forecasting & planning.4. Logistics Coordination- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and fulfillment centers.- Track dispatches, delays & damages.- Support returns & reconciliation.✅ What We’re Looking For:- Basic understanding of Amazon / Flipkart seller portals.- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.- Good analytical & logical thinking.- Clear communication & follow-ups.- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment.
