Job Description

Operations:

  • Manage order processing, returns, and inventory updates across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

  • Collaborate with warehouse teams and suppliers for stock planning and dispatch

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests across channels (email, chat, social media, phone)

  • Provide timely resolutions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer feedback

  • Support with post-sales services such as returns, refunds, and product exchanges

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service

  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flip kart Seller Hub, etc.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
