About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Specialist who knows how to make ads convert.

If you’ve run Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns, scaled e-commerce sales, and understand how to blend creative + data to generate real revenue — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for sales generation.

• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions.

• Coordinate with creative and CRM teams to align marketing with sales goals.

• Manage daily ad budgets, funnels, and remarketing strategies.

• Drive e-commerce sales on Shopify/website and report performance metrics.

Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

• Proven record of scaling e-commerce revenue via paid ads.

• Understanding of luxury or fashion marketing is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with a creative edge.
