E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Amazon Seller Central and working knowledge of other U.S.-based marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, Etsy, or Wayfair.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
• Create, manage, and enhance product listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, bullet points, and images).
• Develop and execute strategies to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
• Plan, monitor, and report on advertising/PPC campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.).
• Track and manage FBA/FBM orders, shipment creation, inventory, and stock reconciliations.
• Analyze sales performance, competitor data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle customer service escalations including returns, feedback, and queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all marketplace rules and guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven experience in E-commerce marketplace management (Amazon mandatory).
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central features (inventory, reports, ads, FBA/FBM processes).
• Experience with at least one other marketplace (Walmart, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp.
• Experience with Walmart Seller Center, eBay Seller Hub, or Etsy dashboards.
• Knowledge of reimbursements, claims, and FBA reconciliation processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
