WildGlow Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing skincare and cosmetics brand specializing in high-performance beauty products. We sell across multiple online marketplaces and are expanding rapidly. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Expert who understands Amazon & marketplace ads and can scale our brand across major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings with strong SEO (titles, bullets, keywords).
• Handle catalog issues, suppressed listings, stranded inventory & account health.
• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Amazon PPC campaigns

  (SP, SB, SD) for profitability.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & performance improvement.
• Develop growth strategies to increase organic ranking and sales velocity.
• Manage promotions, deals, coupons, and marketplace event planning (BBD, Prime Day).
• Track daily sales, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams for smoother workflow.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Amazon & marketplace management.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Advertising Console.
• Expertise in Amazon PPC, marketplace ads, and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword tools & listing improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle marketplace escalations and support tickets.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, or FMCG brands.
• Understanding of brand storefronts, A+ content & ranking strategies.
