E-Commerce Manager (Part-time)

What you'll do:

You’ll help us keep our e-commerce operations smooth and our digital sales channels growing, collaborating with our marketing, logistics, and product teams.

Marketplace & Store Management

• Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and order flow across all platforms.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Generate product and sales reports to track performance.

Logistics & Customer Support

• Coordinate order status updates, returns, and issue resolutions.
• Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and customers as needed.
• Ensure all shipments are properly tracked and completed.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, ideally with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
• Familiar with digital marketing basics (PPC, Facebook/TikTok Ads, or similar).
• Comfortable coordinating logistics and working with international suppliers.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel and task management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Able to work independently and meet daily/weekly goals across time zones.

• You’ve successfully supported or managed Amazon or Shopify stores.
• You’ve helped improve e-commerce or logistics processes.
• You’re proactive, curious, and enjoy learning new digital tools (AI, analytics, ads, etc.).
