Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer experience.
Create and update product listings with engaging descriptions and visuals.
Use Canva (and similar tools) for designing creatives, banners, and promotional material.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and offers.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to boost online performance.
Ensure brand consistency and styling across all online channels.

Requirements:

Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Strong customer dealing and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with Canva (basic graphic design and styling).
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Prior experience in e-commerce management preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
