Strategic Responsibilities

Develop Ecommerce Strategy: Create and implement strategies to drive online sales, improve customer experience, and increase conversion rates.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to adjust strategy accordingly.

Budget Management: Oversee the ecommerce budget, forecast sales, and manage expenditures effectively.

Website & Platform Management

Website Maintenance: Ensure the ecommerce site is fully functional, user-friendly, and optimized for speed and performance.

Product Listings: Manage and optimize product catalogs, descriptions, images, and pricing.

UX/UI Optimization: Collaborate with design and dev teams to enhance the user experience.

Marketing & Sales

Digital Marketing Coordination: Work with marketing teams to launch campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, influencer marketing).

Promotions & Discounts: Plan and execute sales events, discounts, and promotional activities.

Customer Journey Optimization: Improve each stage of the sales funnel, from discovery to purchase.

Operations & Fulfillment

Order Processing: Oversee the fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.

Inventory Management: Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy.

Logistics & Returns: Manage shipping, delivery timelines, and returns policy.

Location- Gurugram sector 74A

Working days- 6 days (Alternative Saturday's off)

Mode- Work from Office
