E-Commerce Manager

An e-commerce manager is responsible for overseeing a company's online sales and presence, including website management, digital marketing, and sales performance analysis. They develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, optimize the user experience, and manage the e-commerce platform. Additionally, they collaborate with various teams like marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure smooth online operations and enhance the overall customer journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:Overseeing the e-commerce platform, ensuring it's user-friendly, and resolving technical issues.
• Digital Marketing:Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
• Sales Performance:Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and website analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Team Leadership:Leading and managing a team of e-commerce specialists or coordinating with various departments.
• Strategy Development:Creating and implementing strategies to increase online sales, improve the user experience, and achieve business goals.
• Financial Planning:Managing budgets and developing financial strategies to optimize resource allocation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Working closely with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online store operations.

Pay: ₹14,575.36 - ₹53,328.63 per month
