Job Description

An e-commerce manager is responsible for overseeing a company's online sales and presence, including website management, digital marketing, and sales performance analysis. They develop and implement strategies to increase online sales, optimize the user experience, and manage the e-commerce platform. Additionally, they collaborate with various teams like marketing, IT, and customer service to ensure smooth online operations and enhance the overall customer journey. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: Overseeing the e-commerce platform, ensuring it's user-friendly, and resolving technical issues. Digital Marketing: Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and sales. Sales Performance: Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and website analytics to refine strategies and improve performance. Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of e-commerce specialists or coordinating with various departments. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to increase online sales, improve the user experience, and achieve business goals. Financial Planning: Managing budgets and developing financial strategies to optimize resource allocation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, IT, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online store operations. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies . Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools . Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Leadership and team management abilities .
