At Sohii, we partner with leading global baby brands to bring premium, thoughtful products to Indian parents. We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our presence across major online marketplaces, ensuring revenue growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and scale marketplace operations across Amazon, FirstCry, TataCliq, and other platforms.
• Ensure consistent revenue growth, brand visibility, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee product listings to meet brand standards – images, A+ content, and SEO optimization.
• Lead data-driven performance reviews, analyze sales metrics, and prepare monthly growth forecasts.
• Monitor daily sales, margins, and ad spends, ensuring efficient ROI and visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns.
• Identify new marketplace opportunities and support business expansion strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across D2C and marketplace platforms.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in listings, stock synchronization, and order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and advertising budgets efficiently.
• Track daily sales, ROAS, and ad-to-sales ratio, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Share weekly insights and performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain high seller ratings, reduce return/cancellation rates, and enhance overall customer experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 3–4 years of e-commerce or online sales experience (preferably FMCG/lifestyle).
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, FirstCry, and Shopify dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving approach.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
