Job Description

We are an e-commerce company selling on FirstCry, Amazon, Nykaa, TataCliq, and to B2B clients. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive who can manage invoicing, accounting entries, and backend coordination. Key Responsibilities: Perform accounting tasks using Busy Accounting Software Maintain records on Excel and Google Sheets Manage documents on Google Drive Generate and punch invoices Follow up with clients for payment collection Support order-related tasks and day-to-day backend operations Requirements: Knowledge of Busy Accounting Software (preferred) Basic to intermediate Excel and Google Sheets skills Understanding of invoicing and accounts follow-ups Good communication and coordination skills Experience in e-commerce or office backend operations is a plus Benefits: Opportunity to work with top marketplaces Growth in e-commerce operations and accounts Supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Netaji Subash Place, Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): How many years of Busy Software experience do you have ?
