We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,000 employees.

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement E-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce department.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to improve website functionality and design.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

Work Experience and Qualification:-

• Min 2-3 years of E-Commerce platform experience in FMCG Department in Flikart, Amazon, Indiamart etc.
• Proven experience in E-commerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & Online Sales Strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Require Key Skills:-

• SEO, Google Analytics, E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Flipkart, Amazon, Indiamart etc.)
• Digital marketing, Data analysis, Leadership, Project management.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow

Salary:- Rs.25,000 – Rs. 35,000 (Negotiable)
